Commercial Project ManagerOur client is a well-respected commercial general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality tenant improvement and renovation projects across multiple sectors. They are known for building long-term client relationships, maintaining a collaborative team culture, and consistently delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.Job DescriptionManage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously from award through completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure successful project delivery.Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation.Monitor project financial performance and proactively manage risks and project challenges.Lead client meetings and provide regular progress updates.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.Manage project closeout, including punch lists, warranties, and final documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantA successful Project Manager should have:5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.Proven experience delivering tenant improvement (TI) and interior renovation projects.Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, scheduling, estimating, and cost control.Experience managing a variety of commercial project types, including office, retail, industrial, or hospitality.Healthcare construction experience is highly desirable.Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software.What's on OfferCompetitive base salary with performance-based bonus opportunities.
