Job Description

Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects to ensure timely completion within budget. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project goals are met. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders. Oversee procurement of materials and equipment for projects. Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have: Experience with managing construction projects in the property industry.
