    Construction Project Manager – Structural Steel Bid Package Manager
    St. Louis Lambert International Airport, St. Louis, MO – Fully Onsite
    $140–180K (Depending on Experience) – Full Time with Benefits

Chin) is seeking a Construction Project Manager with experience in structural steel design -assist, procurement and erection with emphasis on early design, procurement, and management of structural steel packages. This individual will be part of a project team focused on delivering the expansion of Lambert International Airport.
     
    Qualification Requirements: 
    • Education – bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, civil engineering, or highly-related discipline preferred.
    • Experience – 7+ years, must be relevant experience.
    • Experience with structural steel design and procurement
    • Prior experience with managing structural steel packages
    • Previous experience managing multiple construction projects.
    • Aviation construction experience a plus
    • Project scope / budget preparation.
    • Strong problem solving and change management skills.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Candidates must demonstrate a willingness to acquire new responsibilities and skills, and work in a team environment.
     
    Key Responsibilities:  
    This role is responsible for understanding the overall project / program scope and managing the assigned project or group of projects.  Efforts will entail the planning, design, implementation, cost control, quality functions, and project closeout. Stakeholder coordination and strong communication are also key roles.

    • Strong attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks.
    • Pro-active and takes initiative.
     
    Job Offer:
    • Competitive base salary between $140 – 180K, depending on project assignment, experience, skills, and location.
    • Annual bonuses are based on individual and company performance.
