Average projects range from $8M-$20M.Job DescriptionOversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations. Develop detailed project plans and schedules to ensure efficient execution. Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks promptly. Manage procurement of materials and resources to meet project demands. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
