    We function as a construction recruiting partner to several companies in the Midwest. We do so with Reliability, Faith, and integrity, with Faith at the center of it all.
     
    Project Manager - South Dakota or North Dakota
    Compensation:Commensurate with experience
    Start: Late February/Early March

    Seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and coordinate commercial and residential construction projects from start to finish.

    This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values craftsmanship, and brings a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to every phase of the build. Our client company is experiencing rapid growth and they are looking for someone to support it.

    Responsibilities:
    • Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
    • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
    • Manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, change orders, and progress reports
    • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety compliance, and resolve issues as they arise
    • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
    • Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and company standards
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in construction project management (commercial or residential)
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
    • Proficiency with project management software and tools
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
    • Knowledge of South Dakota construction regulations and permitting processes
    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but not a requirement
