Leading multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Owning project financials, schedules, and overall performance Working directly with repeat clients (not one-and-done jobs) Coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and internal teams Solving real-world construction challenges-not just tracking them Driving projects safely, profitably, and with integrity

What we're looking for:

3+ years of construction project management experience Ability to lead projects-not just support them Strong understanding of plans, specs, and construction processes Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors Confidence in client-facing situations Someone who takes pride in their work and owns outcomes

Bonus if you have:

Industrial, pharmaceutical, or healthcare project experience Experience with Procore or similar platforms Knowledge of Primavera or advanced scheduling tool
