The Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage all phases of construction projects in the property industry, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role is based in Philadelphia and involves close collaboration with teams and stakeholders to achieve successful project delivery.

  • Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays effectively.
  • Review and approve project plans, specifications, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on all project sites.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders and clients.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Oversee project documentation, including contracts and permits.

Profile

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

  • Experience managing construction projects in the property industry.
  • Commercial and multifamily GC experience running $10+ million dollar projects
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
