Construction Project Manager
At SERVPRO, we're looking for a Construction Project Manager who wants more than just another job.

Responsibilities
- Manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish.
- Build relationships with customers, insurance adjusters, and trade partners.
- Oversee estimates, budgets, change orders, and project profitability.
- Coordinate with Superintendents to keep projects moving forward.
- Communicate clearly, solve problems, and deliver a great customer experience.
- Take ownership of project results while helping your team succeed.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Someone who takes initiative, follows through, and owns their results.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
- A team player who wants to grow professionally and personally.
- Roofing and siding experience are a plus!

Compensation
- Base Salary + Commission ($60K–$65K base salary plus performance-based commissions, with average first-year total earnings in the low-to-mid $80Ks.)

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
- Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
- Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of times (i.e., driving, sitting, climbing)
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Ability to access tight or crowed spaces (i.e. attics, crawl spaces)
- Exposure to noise levels at jobsites that can be loud
- Must have a valid Drivers License
