Job Description
- Lead the planning and execution of public work construction projects in Raleigh.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure project goals are met.
- Oversee on-site operations to ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to streamline project workflows.
- Monitor project progress and address potential issues proactively.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and industry standards.
- Foster strong relationships with public agencies and other key partners.

The Successful Applicant
- Project management experience in commercial construction
- Experience with public-sector projects preferred
- CMAR (Construction Manager at Risk) experience strongly preferred
- Background in municipal, K-12, higher education, civic, or institutional projects is a plus
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Stable work history with solid tenure
- Ability to work collaboratively within a growing office environment
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
