Job Description:
  • Project Manager to act as an owner s representative supporting our technical project management group.
  • We have an immediate need for a seasoned Project Manager to integrate within our internal project management group to manage various projects across our portfolio.
  • We are looking for a Construction Project Manager with strong estimating skills, strong technical skills (Boiler & HVAC systems), experience in working with large, fast paced program rollouts for the Health, Science & Manufacturing Industry.
  • Aligning expectations and building collaborative teams is a must have skill.
  • We would like this individual to be based in the West Coast (Northern CA) or Central South (TN) portion of the country with the ability to travel 35-50% of the time nationally to visit sites where the Projects are being planned and executed.
  • Further; the selected candidate would have a degree in engineering or construction management with a minimum of ten years of active Project Management experience.
  • Typical tasks as part of the role include, scheduling and conducting meetings, requirements gathering, managing design and construction projects, producing project plans, estimates, logic based schedules and working with procurement to tender design and construction efforts.
  • The successful candidate would be proficient in the Microsoft suite of programs including Power Point as well as Microsoft Project. Rudimentary AutoCAD skills a plus.
