Our client is an established and growing General Contractor with a strong presence across Central Florida. Managing projects from award through closeout, developing and maintaining project schedules, overseeing project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls, leading subcontractor procurement and buyout processes, coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams, managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract administration, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, providing regular project updates to stakeholders and leadership, supporting business development and client relationship efforts.

The ideal candidate will have: 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience, experience managing projects valued between $5M and $50M+, bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, strong understanding of construction contracts and project financials, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and leadership skills, proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar software, stable work history with a General Contractor.
