What you will do

• Lead project scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and risk
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior staff
• Negotiate right-of-way acquisitions in line with ODOT and federal requirements
• Conduct title research and manage closings and acquisition documents
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, property owners, and project teams

What you need

• Ohio Professional Engineer (PE) license
• 7+ years of supervisory experience (10+ years of related experience preferred)
• Ability to become prequalified as a CE-2 with the Ohio Department of Transportation
• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
• ODOT right-of-way or acquisition experience
