Construction Project Manager
Our client offers a complete range of construction services for both small and large scale commercial projects. They have a proven track record in the construction industry (30 years) and have become one of the top GC's in Louisiana with regards to project notoriety and internal culture.
Project Locations: Louisiana only - New Orleans, Shreveport, Baton Rouge

Job Description
Manage large commercial construction projects, mostly from the ground-up
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and execution
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure quality delivery
Maintain strong client relationships throughout lifecycle
Support preconstruction through closeout phases
Build out market share across Northwest LA

The Successful Applicant
7+ years of experience in Construction Project Management
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, etc.
Must have construction experience in the ground-up commercial space
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and stakeholders.
A deep understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
