Construction Project Manager

Lead ground-up multifamily projects from precon through closeout. Max 2 employers in 10 years required; proven long-term stability.

Job Description

Manage all stages of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, adjusting as necessary to meet project goals. Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and address any issues that arise during construction. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms. Ensure all necessary permits and documentation are obtained and maintained throughout the project. Lead project teams and foster effective communication among all parties involved.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have: No more than two jobs in 10 years. Experience managing construction projects from initiation to completion. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Ability to resolve conflicts and adapt to changing project requirements. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
