Experience: Must have 5+ years of construction project management or related construction management experience
Skills: Strong knowledge of construction project management, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control required
Other: Valid Driver's License required

Reputable company is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through completion while ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved. Responsibilities of the Construction Project Manager will include:

• Manage the planning and execution of assigned construction projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules based on contract milestones and project budgets
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure project objectives are achieved safely, efficiently, and on schedule
• Break project scope into short-term tasks and actionable work plans
• Monitor safety, quality control, and work progress throughout all phases of construction
• Manage project documentation, including submittals, change orders, Requests for Information (RFIs), and project records
• Prepare cost-to-complete projections and monitor project financial performance
• Develop and maintain three-week look-ahead schedules to proactively coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and project resources
• Interpret company policies and provide guidance to project personnel
• Analyze and resolve project challenges while supporting team members in achieving project goals
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications for the role of Construction Project Manager:

Required:

• 5+ years of construction project management or related construction management experience
• Strong understanding of construction project management, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
• Knowledge of engineering design, procurement, and construction practices and procedures
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering effective solutions
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Valid Driver's License
