Project Manager

Job Description
- Manage 2-4 concurrent construction projects at various stages of completion
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial reporting
- Coordinate owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Utilize Procore for project management, budgeting, scheduling, invoicing, and reporting
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
- Monitor project performance and proactively resolve issues
- Support procurement and subcontractor buyout activities
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Work closely with Operations leadership and fellow Project Managers

The Successful Applicant
- Project Manager experience preferred; strong Assistant Project Managers will be considered
- Experience managing commercial, multifamily, education, or light industrial projects
- Ground-up construction experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Procore is required
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment
- Stable work history and strong professional presence
- Ability to work onsite from the Mooresville office
