Specializing in multifamily, commercial, education, and light industrial projects, the company has built a reputation for embracing technology, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing employees with opportunities to take ownership of projects in a collaborative environment.Job DescriptionManage 2-4 concurrent construction projects at various stages of completionOversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial reportingCoordinate owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teamsManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationUtilize Procore for project management, budgeting, scheduling, invoicing, and reportingLead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholdersMonitor project performance and proactively resolve issuesSupport procurement and subcontractor buyout activitiesEnsure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budgetWork closely with Operations leadership and fellow Project ManagersMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
