Commercial Project Manager
Join a widely growing GC in the Miami, FL area that has been in business for over 30 years. With a growing pipeline of projects carrying them into 2024 they are looking to grow their talented team through the addition of a commercial Project Manager.
Job Description
- Manage all phases of construction from preconstruction and site development through project closeout
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field operations
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders
- Ensure project milestones, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with internal and external teams
- Drive successful project execution while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction

The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing commercial construction projects
- Proven experience managing ground-up projects valued up to $70M
- Experience with healthcare, medical, education, or institutional construction
- Strong understanding of tilt-wall/tilt-up construction
- Ability to independently manage complex projects with limited oversight
- Local knowledge and ties to the Miami-Dade market preferred
- Experience with CM at Risk delivery methods is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, but not required
