Position Summary:
As the Construction Project Manager, you will play a vital role in managing project schedules, budgets, documentation, and compliance requirements for federal government construction projects. You’ll work closely with the FCI Team, subcontractors, procurement, and government agencies to ensure smooth and successful project execution from pre-construction through close-out.

  •  Risk tracking 
RFI & Submittal Management
  •  Authoring RFIs 
  •  Managing submittal logs 
  •  Shop drawings 
  •  Product data 
  •  Samples 
  •  Technical coordination 
  •  Tracking approvals and resubmittals
DFOWs (Definable Features of Work)
Three-Phase Control
  •  Preparatory Meetings 
  •  Initial Inspections 
  •  Follow-Up Inspections 
Manage Field Reporting 
  • QC Plans 
  • Daily QC Reports  
  • Deficiency logs 
  • Closeout documentation

Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of experience in construction project coordination, with a strong focus on government contracting
  • USA Citizen

  • Knowledge of federal contracting procedures (FAR, DFARS) and public works compliance

  • Familiarity with prevailing wage, certified payroll, and other reporting requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar)

  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred (but not required with equivalent experience)



Preferred Qualifications:


  • OSHA 30 certification
