Position Summary:
As the Construction Project Manager, you will play a vital role in managing project schedules, budgets, documentation, and compliance requirements for federal government construction projects. DFOWs (Definable Features of Work)
Three-Phase Control

•  Preparatory Meetings 
•  Initial Inspections 
•  Follow-Up Inspections 

Manage Field Reporting 

• QC Plans 
• Daily QC Reports  
• Deficiency logs 
• Closeout documentation

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in construction project coordination, with a strong focus on government contracting
• USA Citizen
  
  
• Knowledge of federal contracting procedures (FAR, DFARS) and public works compliance
  
  
• Familiarity with prevailing wage, certified payroll, and other reporting requirements
  
  
• Strong organizational and communication skills
  
  
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar)
  
  
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred (but not required with equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

• OSHA 30 certification
