Construction Project Manager – Luxury Construction
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful execution of high-end construction projects throughout the Miami market.
This individual will manage projects from preconstruction through final turnover, coordinating design teams, field operations, subcontractors, specialty trades, and clients while maintaining accountability for budgets, schedules, quality, and overall project performance.
The right individual understands the complexity of luxury construction and has the leadership, organization, and attention to detail required to deliver exceptional projects.

YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Manage luxury construction projects from preconstruction through completion and final turnover.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Oversee subcontractor bidding, procurement, buyout, contracts, and change management.
- Coordinate architects, designers, consultants, Superintendents, specialty trades, and suppliers.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, approvals, and project documentation.
- Work closely with field leadership to maintain schedule, safety, quality, and productivity.
- Monitor project costs, commitments, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
- Identify construction challenges and resolve issues before they impact project delivery.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and project stakeholders.
- Oversee inspections, punch lists, closeout, and successful project turnover.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- Proven Project Management experience with a General Contractor or specialty construction firm.
- Experience delivering high-end residential, hospitality, retail, or similarly detailed construction projects.
- Strong understanding of luxury finishes, specialty materials, construction sequencing, and detailed architectural requirements.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, contracts, cost control, and forecasting.
- Experience managing subcontractors, specialty trades, consultants, and project teams.
- Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and construction documents.
- Strong understanding of RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, and closeout procedures.
- Proven ability to lead project teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Strong client relationship, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable for project results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality and schedule commitments.
