Commercial Project Manager

Job Description

Qualified Project Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project management from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and address any concerns promptly.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
