Project Manager
One of Alabama's most respected GC's is seeking a local Project Manager. Family-owned, mid-sized GC local to Montgomery. Minimal travel with this role.

Job Description
- Manage a mixed-bag of Commercial projects, mostly from the ground-up
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and execution
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure quality delivery
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout lifecycle
- Support preconstruction through closeout phases
- Report to the office in Montgomery daily

The Successful Applicant
- 7+ years of Project Management experience
- Track record of delivering ground-up builds
- Experience with tilt-wall industrial projects is a major advantage
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Excellent documentation skills
- Ability to manage budgets and financial responsibilities
- Desire to find a career, not a one-off job
