SERVPRO of Burnsville/Lakeville & SERVPRO of Rosemount/Northfield/Hastings is
growing and we’re looking for a skilled and customer-focused Project Manager to join
our team! If you have a background in construction, experience with estimating, and a
passion for helping people rebuild, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:
As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing reconstruction projects from
start to finish, ensuring top-notch service and customer satisfaction. Your key
responsibilities will include:
Evaluating and selling reconstruction projects
Educating customers on the reconstruction process
Defining and documenting the project scope
Maintaining clear and consistent communication with customers, clients, and
subcontractors
Reviewing and finalizing project estimates
Securing necessary permits and approvals
Developing project schedules, timelines, and budgets
Identifying and managing subcontractors and resource providers
Negotiating terms and setting clear expectations with customers and clients

What We’re Looking For:
At least 2 years of experience in construction management
Estimating experience using Xactimate (Required)
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
The ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
A valid driver’s license
A high school diploma/GED (required)
The ability to pass a background check (subject to applicable law)

Compensation:
Salary + Commission: $70,000-$100,000 (DOE)
