Project Manager

Job Description
- Oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations.
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules to ensure efficient execution.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks promptly.
- Manage procurement of materials and resources to meet project demands.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Lead project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

The Successful Applicant
- 5-15 years of PM experience
- Must have GC experience
- Strong technical aptitude
- Ground-up Construction ($10M - $30M)
- Construction Degree or similar is strongly preferred
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing project needs
