Commercial Interiors Project Manager

Job Description

  • Manage commercial interiors projects from planning through completion
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost controls
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and client stakeholders
  • Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Track project progress and proactively resolve issues
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a GENERAL CONTRACTOR
  • Proven experience delivering commercial interiors construction projects
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and construction operations
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software
  • Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
