Description

Lead the delivery of commercial and institutional construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role offers ownership of project operations, client communication, and schedule management on high-profile South Florida developments.

Description

* Manage contract administration, including billings, RFIs, and change orders

* Lead owner, architect, and consultant meetings throughout project execution

* Oversee project schedules in coordination with field operations, procurement, and regulatory requirements

* Ensure inspections, permitting activities, and occupancy documentation are completed on time

* Provide leadership to project teams including Superintendents, Project Engineers, and support staff

Profile

* 5-7 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction

* Ground-up commercial or institutional project experience required

* Strong knowledge of contract administration and project controls

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

* Must reside within a reasonable commute of the Coral Gables project location
