Construction Project Manager (Institutional)

Ground-up commercial & institutional projectsImmediate opening in Miami-Dade * 5-7 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction. Our client is a well-established South Florida general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering commercial and institutional construction projects.

* Manage contract administration, including billings, RFIs, and change orders

* Lead owner, architect, and consultant meetings throughout project execution

* Oversee project schedules in coordination with field operations, procurement, and regulatory requirements

* Ensure inspections, permitting activities, and occupancy documentation are completed on time

* Provide leadership to project teams including Superintendents, Project Engineers, and support staff
