Job Description

Directs all construction activities from conception through close out.
Leads project teams to ensure timely execution of all assigned tasks.
Establishes project budgets and manages cost.
Coaches, mentors, develops, and trains project management teams.
Maintains knowledge of contract requirements and addresses complex obstacles.
Maintains positive relationships with clients, owners, subcontractors, and design teams.
Ensures all risk management controls are implemented.
Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

3-7+ years of construction industry experience
Industrial project experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Experience in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
A results-driven attitude with a commitment to quality
Ability to work both in office and on site
