Job Details

We’re searching for an experienced Project Manager to guide complex, self-perform industrial construction projects from contract award through close-out.

As the Project Manager, you will take full ownership of multiple contracts simultaneously, planning schedules, tracking costs, coordinating internal departments, and representing the company to owners, engineers, and civic officials. About 35–40 % travel keeps you connected to project sites for pre-construction meetings, progress check-ins, and final inspections. Success in this role means projects are delivered on time, on budget, safely, and to exacting quality standards, all while nurturing client relationships that lead to future work.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive overall schedule, budget, and profitability for each assigned project
  • Serve as the single point of contact for clients, engineers, subcontractors, and local authorities
  • Identify contract or schedule risks early and implement mitigation / change-order strategies
  • Produce accurate monthly billings and cost forecasts; report status to leadership
  • Lead progress meetings and resolve on-site issues to keep work moving
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and uphold the company’s safety culture

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of construction project management experience
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specs, and construction methods
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project and advanced skills in Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to travel 35–40 % (valid driver’s license and commercial-flight ID required)
