    Construction Project Manager

    Arlington, Virginia  |  1099 Contract  |  $95,000 – $120,000 + Benefits & Bonus Eligibility

    ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

    Our client is seeking a skilled and driven Construction Project Manager to join their growing team in Arlington, VA. In this role, you will be a critical contributor to multiple high-profile and complex projects spanning the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction through closeout.     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    •      Manage the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout on multiple high-profile projects simultaneously

    •      Assist the Superintendent, PM, and Project Executive in daily operations, including:

          Conducting daily progress reports and reviewing action items

          Assessing and submitting RFIs and submittals

          Developing 3-week construction progress outlooks

    •      Plan and schedule all trade inspections and track resolution of comments

    •      Coordinate and oversee employees and subcontractors across all phases of construction

    •      Oversee detailed project documentation, budgeting, and scheduling

    •      Safeguard client property and deliver exceptional service throughout each project

    •      Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and project teams

    QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

    Education & Experience

    •      Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field

    •      7+ years of experience supporting the full project lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout

    •      5–7 years of hands-on experience in ground-up, renovation, build-out, and/or restoration construction project management

    •      Demonstrated experience in both residential and commercial projects on public contracts

     

    Technical Skills

    •      Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

    •      Experience with Procore (project management)

    •      Proficient in Primavera P6 (scheduling)

    •      Experience with Revit / BIM (Building Information Modeling)

    COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

    Base Salary

    $95,000 – $120,000 (commensurate with experience)

    Contract Type

    1099 Independent Contractor Agreement
