    Construction Project Manager - Commercial Hospitality

    Location: Raleigh, NC

    Salary: $100-140K


    Are you an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager with a background in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, healthcare, or commercial interiors? Our client is an established and growing commercial general contractor seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.



    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor.
    • Recent hospitality or hotel construction experience is a must
    • Experience managing commercial projects such as hotels, restaurants, medical facilities, retail, automotive, or tenant improvements.
    • Strong understanding of commercial construction processes from preconstruction through closeout.
    • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active projects.



    Responsibilities

    • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion and warranty.
    • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
    • Lead subcontractor bidding, negotiations, contract administration, and procurement.
    • Review and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications.
    • Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
    • Maintain regular communication with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants.
    • Conduct project site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
    • Track project costs and maintain accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
    • Ensure compliance with contract documents, building codes, and company quality standards.
    • Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
