Our client is a mid-sized General Contractor headquartered in Westchester County with more than 30 years of successful operations and a workforce of approximately 50-60 employees. Specializing exclusively in healthcare interiors, hospitals, and medical facilities, they deliver projects ranging from $1M-$5M (average project size of $3M) across NYC, Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey, and the greater Tri-State area. Description

    • Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
    • Oversee a project in the Bronx, NY
    • Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost controls
    • Coordinate subcontractors, field teams, consultants, and client stakeholders
    • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation
    • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to healthcare industry standards
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships with hospital and healthcare facility stakeholders
    • Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure seamless project execution

Profile

A successful Project Manager (Healthcare) should have:

    • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
    • Experience managing commercial interiors, healthcare, hospital, or medical facility projects preferred
    • Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, cost management, and construction operations
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
    • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software
    • Driven, organized, and looking for long-term career growth
