Mid-Sized General Contractor Job Opportunity

Job Description

Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee a project in the Bronx, NY. Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost controls. Coordinate subcontractors, field teams, consultants, and client stakeholders. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to healthcare industry standards. Build and maintain strong client relationships with hospital and healthcare facility stakeholders. Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure seamless project execution.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager (Healthcare) should have:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
  • Experience managing commercial interiors, healthcare, hospital, or medical facility projects preferred
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, cost management, and construction operations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software
  • Driven, organized, and looking for long-term career growth
