Construction Project Manager - Healthcare

Minimum 7yrs of experience in the Construction industry; Two(2) of the seven (7) should have responsibility in coordinating healthcare projects with construction values in excess of $8M. Experience with Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI) construction/design processes required.

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with IOR, contractors, architects, engineers, HCIA, stakeholder, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7yrs of experience in the Construction industry; Two(2) of the seven (7) should have responsibility in coordinating healthcare projects with construction values in excess of $8M
• Experience with Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI) construction/design processes required
• Design Build Experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
