Your Role
As a Project Manager at WES Construction Corp., you will play a crucial role in overseeing project planning, scheduling, and implementation of complex construction projects.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction planning to project close-out for 2-3 projects simultaneously.
- Developing project schedules, budgets, and schedules of values.
- Sourcing and negotiating with subcontractors and vendors.
- Collaborating with superintendents to allocate resources effectively.
- Leading pre-construction and project close-out activities.
- Mentoring Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
We are seeking a candidate with:
- A strong, proven background in building and/or site construction work.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management or related fields.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with construction management software.
- The ability to visualize project outcomes and phase work accordingly.
- A detail-oriented and deadline-driven mindset.
- Experience in Water / Wastewater Treatment is a plus.
