Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain project quality and safety standards.
• Monitor progress and proactively address any challenges or changes in scope.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and company policies.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years in project management, preferably in drywall, acoustical ceilings, or interior construction.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software such as Procore or Bluebeam is a plus.
• Certifications: OSHA 30-hour preferred.
