Project ManagerReporting to Senior Operations Leadership, the Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring objectives related to budget, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction are achieved.Key responsibilities include:Leading all aspects of project lifecycle management from award through completion.Managing project budgets, cost forecasting, change orders, contingencies, and financial reporting.Developing, maintaining, and monitoring Critical Path Method schedules while driving subcontractor accountability.Administering owner and subcontract agreements, ensuring contractual compliance throughout project execution.Overseeing procurement, requests for information, submittals, and project documentation processes.Partnering closely with field leadership to coordinate labour, equipment, subcontractors, and materials.Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders while participating in business development and project pursuits.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
