Construction Project ManagerSALARY RANGE: $120k-$145k Annual salary (Willing to provide relocation Assistance)BENEFITS: 401k matching plan, medical insurance reimbursement plan, vacation, sick leave, bonusTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: This job requires up to 33% travel to job sites away from Charleston, SCJOB SUMMARY:The main duties of the Construction Project Manager are to plan and coordinate all phases ofthe construction lifecycle from initiation to project completion for renewable energy and general constructionprojects. This includes but is not limited to;• Oversee multiple construction projects across the U.S. and overseas simultaneously.• Directly manage construction site leadership to include superintendent, safety, quality control.• Develop and adhere to required project accounting, budgeting, project schedule, and safety andquality control plans.• Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors.• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.• Communicate with clients to deliver progress reports.• Collaborate with engineers, electricians and other trades.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:• 10+ years progressive construction experience on construction sites.• 5 years’ experience specifically on US Army Corps of Engineer projects.REQUIRED EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, CLEARANCES AND REGISTRATIONS:• Must be a US Citizen.• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university with a degree in engineering, constructionmanagement, or architecture.• Must have a valid driver’s license and US Passport at the time of employment. Driver’s license andPassport must be maintained as a condition of continued employment.• Must be able to obtain and maintain US Government security check clearance for access to militaryand other sensitive US Government facilities and bases.• Must maintain active USACE CQM course and OSHA 30-hour Construction safety course certifications.DESIRED EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, CLEARANCES AND REGISTRATIONS:• Current Professional Engineering (PE) certification.• Military experience (Veteran) is highly desirable.• USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM) certifications and experience.• USACE Site Safety Health Officer (SSHO) certifications and experience.• Proficiency with RMS, Procore or similar construction management software
