In this role, you will oversee various construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Oversee fabrication processes and ensure quality control throughout the construction phase.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and management.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on fabrication.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
