Build your career with a high-impact industrial contractor in Cleveland, working on retrofit, repair, renovation, and rebuild projects across Northern Ohio. In this Construction Project Manager/Estimator opportunity, you’ll balance detailed estimating with hands-on project leadership for industrial facilities where concrete and civil scope work make up the majority of the work.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager/Estimator position include:

  • At least five years of relevant construction estimating and project management experience.
  • Estimate construction work with strong concrete, excavation, formwork, rough carpentry, steel erection, and related civil knowledge.
  • Prepare scopes, takeoffs, pricing, proposals, and bid submissions, including Excel-based estimating.
  • Manage multiple projects from award through completion, including budgets, schedules, field coordination, and client communication.
  • Coordinate company labor, union trades, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and field personnel.
  • Identify, price, document, and negotiate change orders.
  • Use Bluebeam for plan review and takeoffs and maintain clear communication through jobsite meetings.
  • Comfortably split time between office estimating and onsite project management in a union environment.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.

Benefits: Company pays approximately 90% of employee healthcare costs, along with vision and dental insurance, vehicle reimbursement, fuel card, mobile-device coverage, approximately 21 days of PTO (flexible to negotiate), and a 401(k) with employee contributing 5% and the company contributing/matching 4%, plus a performance-based bonus opportunity and potential future profit sharing.
