Track margin throughout construction, approve general contractor and subcontractor invoices against work orders, coordinate pricing and management of change orders, and close each job with a cost-vs-budget review with accounting.
Quality & Site Presence: Visit active job sites to check progress, quality, safety, and adherence to scope, and hold general contractors and trades accountable to our standards. Drive punch lists through to a clean final walkthrough.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing clear, proactive updates on progress, changes, and costs. Resolve concerns promptly, assist with collections when needed.
