Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and client coordination while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
  • Lead project teams, including superintendents, project engineers, subcontractors, and consultants.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, resource plans, and schedules.
  • Manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout documentation.
  • Conduct site visits, project meetings, and quality reviews while mitigating project risks and scope changes.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and mentor junior project team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent field/trade experience).
  • 7 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
  • Proven success delivering ground-up, renovation, or interior construction projects across industrial, retail, medical, or office sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, project controls, contracts, and project scheduling.
  • Proficiency with ProjectSight, Procore, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred; PMP certification is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly to active construction sites.
