Project Manager

Job Description

Manage drywall, framing, ceiling, and interior finishing projects from award through closeout. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost reports. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field teams, and project stakeholders. Manage procurement activities, including material purchasing and vendor relationships. Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and scope requirements. Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Monitor project performance and proactively resolve schedule, cost, and quality challenges. Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication with clients and project teams. Partner closely with field leadership to ensure successful project execution. Identify and pursue opportunities for additional work and client growth. Support preconstruction efforts, estimating reviews, and project handoffs. Assist with client development, relationship management, and business development initiatives. Ensure projects are completed safely, profitably, and to the highest quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction. Strong background working with a drywall, framing, acoustical ceiling, or interior finishes subcontractor. Experience managing commercial interior construction projects from start to finish. Knowledge of metal stud framing, drywall systems, acoustical ceilings, specialty finishes, and related scopes. Business development, account management, or client relationship experience preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
