Job Details

Manage commercial retail and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and project forecasts
Lead project planning, procurement, and subcontractor buyout activities
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and field teams
Review and manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, and project specifications
Monitor project costs, track progress, and identify risk areas proactively
Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and change orders
Lead OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings and provide regular project updates
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and company standards
Partner with Superintendents to drive project execution and maintain schedules
Oversee permits, inspections, and project documentation
Manage project financials, including forecasting, cost reporting, and budgeting
Resolve project challenges and maintain strong client relationships
Ensure successful project turnover and closeout documentation
Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to client expectations

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Manage 2-4 active projects simultaneously
Review project schedules and financial reports
Coordinate subcontractors and vendor activities
Conduct client and team meetings
Review contracts, change orders, and invoices
Visit project sites regularly throughout the DFW area
Work closely with Operations, Preconstruction, and Field Leadership teams
