About the opportunity
Pro Resources is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for an onsite facility renovation project with a manufacturing client in Crawfordsville, Indiana. If you can keep contractors, schedules, budgets, and stakeholders aligned from planning through project turnover, this opportunity offers a chance to take a lead role in delivering a defined project.
This is a contract project opportunity requiring approximately 45–50 hours per week onsite. Candidates must be able to report to the Crawfordsville facility throughout the assignment.
What you will do
- Serve as the primary project point of contact and coordinate construction activities from planning through completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, milestones, and scopes of work.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Support bid reviews, contractor selection, and commercial discussions in partnership with Sourcing/Procurement.
- Track project costs, commitments, invoices, forecasts, and change orders.
- Monitor onsite progress, workmanship, safety expectations, and adherence to approved plans and applicable requirements.
- Address project risks, delays, and changes; communicate status, decisions, and action items to stakeholders.
- Lead punch-list completion, documentation, warranties, financial closeout, and project turnover.
What we are looking for
- Construction project management experience and the ability to coordinate projects through all phases.
- Strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, contractor coordination, and project documentation.
- Working knowledge of construction plans, specifications, codes, permits, and safety requirements.
- Clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to keep multiple priorities moving.
- Ability to work onsite in Crawfordsville approximately 45–50 hours per week for a contract assignment.
- Manufacturing or industrial facility renovation experience preferred.
