Construction Project Manager (Commercial)

Description

* Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout across commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors

* Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

* Lead communication with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors

* Partner with field leadership to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance

* Drive project financial performance while maintaining strong client relationships

Profile

* 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor

* Experience delivering commercial, industrial, or institutional construction projects

* Strong knowledge of project financials, contract administration, and risk management

* Excellent communication and leadership skills with a client-facing mindset

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

Job Offer

Salary: $120,000-$160,000 base plus benefits
