The Project Manager is responsible for estimating and securing commercial interiors projects. The incumbent estimates project cost, secures contracts, and oversees projects through completion. Responsibilities are performed with independent judgment with general management direction.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Develops relationships to drive revenue.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Performs project estimating for hard bid and negotiated projects.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Manages projects through to completion while effectively controlling cost.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Manages project related expenses.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Determines jobs to bid utilizing available resources.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Performs all necessary administrative responsibilities as required<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Achieves complete customer satisfaction on all installation projects.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • College degree preferred<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Knowledge of division 9 products and materials preferred<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Knowledge of construction estimating procedures<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to effectively manage construction projects<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate long and short -range goals<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Sales initiative/background<\/span><\/span><\/span>
