My client is a well-established, privately owned commercial general contractor and design-build firm with more than 50 years of construction roots and a strong track record across retail, commercial, religious, and education projects. They're experiencing significant growth, currently generating $60M-$70M in annual revenue with a goal of exceeding $100M, and are taking on increasingly larger and more complex projects. What really sets them apart is the culture - it's a close-knit, family-oriented team built around being humble, hungry, collaborative, and trusting. Project Managers and Superintendents are given significant autonomy to run their projects without being micromanaged, while still having direct access to and support from the executive leadership team. For someone looking for a company where they can have a real voice, take ownership of their projects, and grow alongside the business, it's a very compelling opportunity.
Lead commercial, church, and automotive construction projects from the ground up. Work closely with leadership as the company continues to grow, secure new projects, and expand into additional markets. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, design teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders while maintaining high standards for quality and safety. Oversee contracts, RFIs, change orders, submittals, and other key project documentation using modern construction management tools. Collaborate with estimating and procurement teams throughout preconstruction and contribute to ongoing process improvements. Manage projects ranging from $5M to $20M+ within a strong and growing project pipeline.
