Job Description
Lead commercial, church, and automotive construction projects from the ground up. Work closely with leadership as the company continues to grow, secure new projects, and expand into additional markets. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, design teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders while maintaining high standards for quality and safety. Oversee contracts, RFIs, change orders, submittals, and other key project documentation using modern construction management tools. Collaborate with estimating and procurement teams throughout preconstruction and contribute to ongoing process improvements. Manage projects ranging from $5M to $20M+ within a strong and growing project pipeline.

The Successful Applicant
5-10 years of commercial construction experience. Familiar with design/build construction processes. Construction related degree preferred. Excellent estimating and conceptual bid experience. Experience using construction software - Procore preferred. Scheduling and budgeting experience. Client facing - Comfortable communicating with clients on projects.
