Project Manager – Commercial Construction
Location: Rhode Island / Southeastern Massachusetts Region
Salary: $95,000 – $130,000 + strong benefits + growth opportunity

Key Responsibilities- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Track procurement, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Lead client meetings and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor quality, safety, and schedule performance
- Identify and resolve project challenges proactively
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Qualifications- 5–10 years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Experience managing vertical building projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
