Construction Project Manager

Job Description
- Lead on commercial ground up projects from inception through completion
- Partner directly with leadership as they continue to scale business
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety
- Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools
- Work directly on design-build projects
- Deliver projects ranging from $10M+ in a diverse commercial pipeline

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction.
- Proven ability to run projects valued while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients.
- Skilled in Procore, MS Project, or other project management tools.
- Experience in design-build is a plus
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, permitting, and construction processes; background in estimating or field supervision is a plus.
