Construction Project Manager

Construction Manager needed to lead the successful planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects. This individual will oversee project teams, manage client relationships, and drive project performance while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

Description

• Lead all aspects of project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful outcomes.
• Oversee field operations and collaborate closely with Superintendents and Project Managers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project performance and proactively address risks, challenges, and changes.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies.
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Review contracts, project plans, schedules, and financial reports.
• Mentor and support project team members to drive performance and professional growth.
• Coordinate procurement, material deliveries, and subcontractor activities.
• Lead project closeout efforts, including punch list completion and owner turnover.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Experience with healthcare, higher education, industrial, commercial, or mixed-use projects is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, budgeting, scheduling, and construction operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive leadership style.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software is preferred.
• Thorough understanding of safety regulations, quality control processes, and construction best practices.
